I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter online. I did a phone screening. Then a 30 min phone interview. Then I shadowed a manager for 1 hour. Immediately after that I had over a 1 hr in person interview with a regional manager. The interview went ok but it was far to in depth for a entry level position. I was told I didn't get the position because lack of enthusiasm.

Interview
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
