I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Oct 2012
Interview
I initially applied online than got a call from HR for the first phone interview. Enterprise was extremely flexible due to my current work schedule. We set a 1-1 interview the following week. After the 1-1 interview, they had me go to a local branch and observe everyday operations within the branch. This is when you should be completing your interview observation checklist they give you. During the observation, ASK QUESTIONS. Talk and interact with the employees. After the observation I had an interview with the area manager and the branch manager which went smoothly. After the interview they told me they would call me with more information the following week. About 3 days later i received the call. I had one final interview with the VP of operations and as well as the regional rental manager. I did well on that one and they said they will call me the following week. I did not receive a phone call from them, the following week due to Hurricane Sandy. But the following week I touched base with my HR representative and that is when she told me that she can offer me the job.n Overall a positive experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
