They first contacted me via phone and did a initial screening. After the interview I scheduled a in person interview which was 9 days later. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel very relaxed. She asked questions about my schooling and passed job experience. Interview lasted about 30- 45 mins.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
