Phone screening -> In office interview with HR rep -> 2nd Interview with regional manager and a store manager after shadowing the branch for an hour.
Interviews were very easy and seemed to go well - I think I was not offered a job since they could probably tell I wasn't immensely interested in renting cars to people 60 hours or so a week.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
