The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2010
Interview
I met the recruiter at a school career fair. He was personable. I applied and within 24 hours received a phone call. I passed the initial phone interview and scheduled a one on one interview with the recruiter for the following week. That interview went very well. We just went over my resume and the position. There were a few situational questions but not many. I was then sent to observe the branch I would possibly be working for and then went in a week or two later for a second interview with the division manager (I think). That went OK. He presented the position differently than his recruiter did. He and I didn't click well so I didn't interview well on purpose. I stayed polite and attentive. I was asked questions such as "How do you define success?". I was told that he wanted someone aggressive and competitive and that this position didn't use suggestive sales (even though that's the term his recruiter used). I would say the interview process was fine but it just wasn't for me.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Interview
The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Middletown, KY)
Interview
Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
