Had a phone interview with an HR person. Went to a branch to spend sometime with the "team" and then had an interview with he branch manager. Had an interview with another branch manager and then finally the Regional Rental Manager. Whole thing took like 3 weeks.

You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
