I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me for the program and I went through one phone interview, a basic screening. My next interview was around a half hour at the main office and was also a simple interview where we discussed my previous experience, goals, and what the program would look like. This went well and was a friendly and professional interview. I was scheduled for a final interview at a smaller location which was supposed to take around 2 hours. The first hour is spent following the team around to get to know what the day-to-day looks like. This part of the interview was awkward and the team members did not seem very excited or friendly to the interviewee. I was also informed that another guy would be coming in to interview for this position right after I was done. The second hour was spent in an interview. I was asked what companies I was currently interviewing for and whether I would accept those positions if offered instead. There were a few questions that were a little too personal to be professional. I had received an email saying to dress your best before this in-person interview. I wore heels with a suit and they had commented that they would not be work-appropriate for the environment. Overall, the screenings went very well and were professional, but the final interview was uncomfortable and pressuring.

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
