great process, well supported throughout the process by recruitment. visiitng the branch was nice, gave you a real feel of the job and what you would be doing. the final interview gave me alot of confidence and made me feel at ease, more so they just wanted to know about me and my skills

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
