The recruiter asked about my background and availability, while the in-person interview focused on situational and behavioral questions. It was professional, structured, and centered on customer service and leadership skills.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
