behavioral with a reading comprehension/arithmetic test. first round with the recruiter. Then the technical/reading comprehension take home. then behavioral interview with a panel. very relaxed and easy going conversations. the questions were more to get to know you and assess whether or not you are a good fit for the team.

Initial Phone Screen, then you go to a board interview at the office. Not too difficult, no technical questions. They are just trying to get to know you better. Nice people, great experience.
