Go down to company, answer some competency based questions.
Some personality questions to ensure candidate is a good fit.
Briefing on job responsibilities, company culture, safety issues.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a few one on one interviews as they decided where I fit best. Each interviewer had his or her own style ranging from a pop quiz to just having me talk with them. After the interviewing process is over, the interviewers discuss which department should get you, and contact you later with an offer pending a drug test.
