I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Entrata (Lehi, UT) in Dec 2021
Interview
First, I met up with Kaiden, a lead designer, for lunch. He talked about Entrata as a whole and then put me in touch with HR.
After that, a screener interview with HR.
Then, a 1-hour mostly behavioral interview with Jeff, my potential team lead.
Last, a 1-hour interview with Jeff and Les, the UX Director. The first half of the interview was a mock usability test. The second half was a case study presentation.

Question 1
What do you think is the difference between a good UX designer and a great UX designer?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Entrata (Lehi, UT)
Interview
Typical phone interview with the UX lead, super cool guy who was not afraid to answer all my questions. Then a week later a slide deck presentation with the UX Director and a mock usability test with one of my current projects. I feel like it went well.
I want to make a note why I did not accept the job. The UX team seemed top notch and I really would like to work with them. I really appreciate that they have a clear growth path. However the company for all its success has subpar benefits and the salary was not anything to get excited about.
There is no insurance until after more than 30 something days of work causing a gap between insurance and Cobra is no bueno. The 401k matching is so low that it did not come close to a typical 4% that most companies do.
The UX team seemed great and I would love to work with them but there was no bridge for me to cross over. It's too bad.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Entrata (Lehi, UT) in Mar 2021
Interview
The process was well thought out and organized. I was able to meet a wide variety of team members within the department and they were extremely kind and engaged throughout every phase. Received great feedback on my work and felt really confident in the opportunity by the end of the entire interview.
