Was invited to do a hirevue interview where you answer questions to a camera. I already deduct points off when I have a company ask me to do these because they’re impersonal, require you to spend your time completing them while they spend a fraction of theirs reviewing. Just do a phone interview and keep it moving. I completed mine weeks ago, no response back. When following up with the recruiter I was told I’d hear back the following week and that the hiring manager was still reviewing. It takes you two weeks to review a video??? I’ve received no further communication. Moral of the story, they’re just another company that will ask for your time, but won’t even have the decency to communicate to you regarding your candidacy .
