My first interview I was not sent the zoom link or digital way to enter the interview room and was not able to get a hold of HR prior. The Interviewer luckily thought that might be the case since I was not in the room and sent it to me 10 minutes into the interview. My second interview for the same position, no one showed up because they had moved on with another candidate and had not let me know. So I got ready and was at the interview in the zoom link and was ghosted. I was was not contacted until 4 days later explaining why no one showed up.
