Long interview. Several hours with hiring manager over a few weeks. Followed by 3 hours of interviews for behavioral portion. Total waste of time since they never call back if they don’t want to hire you. If you’re gonna demand hours of interviews to prove if you’ll fit the culture, then prove you have a good culture by letting me know what why you didn’t want to hire me. It’s okay to not get the job, but stop talking about your culture - you have hundreds of employees, the culture you demand is long dead. Tldr; they waste a lot of time on interviews and ghost you.
