The process overall went really well. Applied online, and then was contacted by Upper Management. Two interviews were to follow. Both interviews were very easy going and in a relaxed environment. After the second interview I received a job offer.

Interview
Interviewed with a senior program manager and operations manager, it was fairly easy. Pretty standard. They talked the majority of the time. I then interviewed with a director about a week later.

Phone interview and then a face to face discussion with hiring manager and potential co-worker. Second interview followed with same group. Was hired a couple of weeks later.
