I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Envoy Air (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2023

      Interview

They fly you out and recommend you book La Quinta. It’s super dated but do it. They offer a shuttle to the F2F in the AM. They 3 vans and the last one leave at 7:40am. They schedule your van based on when you arrive so if you get there at 2pm expect the 6am Van. When you get to headquarters you’ll sit and they’ll start around 8:35am. They give you name tag and ask for 2 forms of ID. You sit down put bag on wall and fill out a paper asking you on a time you gave or received good customer service. It may seem like nothing but give that your ALL. A girl next to me had great handwriting and they read her answer and she got her CJO, so yes it matters. You’ll then show your passport or receipt of passport and proceed to do height and jump seat test. There’s no reach test, they just make you stand in front of a tape measure. They then tell you about the company. Make sure you ask questions and stand out. After that you’ll be broken into groups of 5 or however many depending on size of group. They’ll make you pick two numbers, a number between 1-9 and a number between 1-22. The two numbers you select are random questions you’ll be asked in the two round group interview. You’ll then be asked to read a PA and ask any questions. Once all interviews are complete, they will begin to call names and if you hear yours you did NOT get the job. As tough as it is, please don’t be that person online wondering if you’ll be special enough to get a call back. If you didn’t give fingerprints and pee the day of your CJO with Envoy, you DID NOT get the job. You can reapply in 6 months after.

      Interview

Fairly easy process, there's a large presentation where they present all of the info you'll need, training will be scheduled for the next month from the interview, then they will have a group interview with about 5-6 people and you'll each be asked about 2-3 very generic questions about customer service experiences, values or company knowledge you'll all be sent back in the main room and they will start calling people to "commute" back where they came from (basically means you did not make it) after everyone has been interviewed whoever remains will be offered a CJO, you will be fingerprinted and drug tested on the spot, the hiring manager told everyone if you don't think you will pass bow out and reapply when you are clean, if you wait until they take you to test and refuse it will still count as a positive and you cannot apply to any airline at all. Good luck <3
