Equality California interview questions

Two managers conducted a pretty standard interview. They asked about my experience, my work within the LGBTQ community, and other standard interview questions. The non-profit was going through some changes as far as upper management was concerned at the time, so I interviewed first with the current manager, and then with the future managers.
