Equator interview questions

They have been looking to fill this position for 9 months now, they offered an interview for 30 min to me, then said no with vague feedback, the person who interviewed me didn't know about software development, so it was difficult for them to ask any meaningful question, what is frustrating is that 5-6 recruiters kept referring me to the same role in the 6 months after that, they are wasting the time for so many people, I understand I may not be that person they are looking for, that's fine, but keeping the position open for 9 months tells they are looking for a unicorn!! in other words, they are not serious and they are time wasters only. Avoid applying to they by all means!!!!

Straight forward, asked about job history, experience in sector, how familiar I was with their in house tech stack - gave some examples of what they use and how they see that moving forward.
