Firstly had the online aptitude test followed by HR round. Got through both. Received an email after a week that I got selected and to send the documents. Sent the documents and waiting for the call for 4 months. sent an email to hr with no response.

Standard interview process wherein they ask about previous employment, compatibility for the role etc. Not particularly lengthy, friendly conversation. Sticking to SMART interview technique will help you a great deal.
Very fast and easy. Got offered the job on the spot and training was about 8 weeks. The training prepares you to answer most questions clients ask over the phone.
