Very focused and driven. You can see the care and pride being implemented into business and the questions reflected that. Discussion focused around technical ability, working style, personal goals and management.

Interview
I recieved an email from interview co-ordinator to provide availability. The recruiter didnt bother calling me to explain the role or team. I had 3 individual rounds with Engineering head, UX Lead and same level manager from other portfolios. No idea of next steps or when will the hiring manager talk to me. I have been emailing them from 2 weeks now. No reply.

Fairly straightfoward, recruiter screen followed by hiring manager interview, then a series of back-to-back 1:1 interviews with stakeholders, etc. I did have to provide some work samples from previous projects.
