I reached out to the recruiter through a friend and was put in touch with the manager of the department. Two 30-mins phone interview. Interview questions are mostly behaviroural and resume questions. The process is great.

phone interview with HR. A follow up interview with Senior Recruiter, interview with Hiring Manager. Have not heard back from anyone regarding status. Company appears to be doing well. All questions were answered to satisfaction. They asked about management style and general questions about my resume. It didn't appear that they looked at my resume in depth.
