Done professionally and by layers. Went through few sessions with different stakeholders, they really vet through if you are suitable in the team. However the last session with the EMEA region management posted a question that shows me she doesnt really understand APAC requirement, which surprise me a little as her title is quite high but does not understand on different regions requirement.
