First contact with the recruiter for a 60 minute conversation about the role and my part exp. 2nd interview with the regional FM Coordinator walking through past leadership exp and more about the role. 3rd int with Regional director. Final interview with the GM.

Went through telephone interviews first, then in person interviews. There are multiple, as to be expected from a company with a multi tiered system of management. Overall it is very positive as long as you have the experience and the knowledge to back it up.

Phone interview and then had an in club interview. The phone interview took about 10 minutes and the in club interview was about an hour long. It was a laid back feel and my interviewer was very nice and easy to talk with.
