The dumber you are, the better a chance with Equinox on this position you have. Talked to HR for about 10 mins and got disqualified immediately, because apparently I'm not a baby sitter and I don't have 9 yr of experience in Python. Though I bring 18 yrs of software engineering technical leadership experience in C++/C#/Java and some Python, ton of AWS, latest CI/CD DevOps, cloud, many end to end product delivery to customer and I just got bumped by Equinox HR lady . It turns out they are looking for a baby sitter for other personnels in this role who knows some react JS and some python and can do employees review etc. Also the lady is kind enough to recommended me to look out for junior level positions with Equinox! Really?
