I applied online. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
The process was an initial phone interview, and two in-person interviews, the final being a presentation of your target market strategies. Pretty simple and easy interviews. I chose to decline the offer since I did not want to graduate a semester early, all while studying for the series 7, series 66 and life and health insurance exams.

Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
