I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors in Apr 2020
Interview
I applied and the next day got a call from the regional manager in my area for a mini-interview/screening. He asked me some questions about why I wanted to work there but mostly just questions about myself/my background. There was a second meeting where he presented the company to me and got me started on making a marketing plan. For the third interview, I had to present that marketing plan to the district manager. The process was easy and the regional manager was nice and easy to talk to. I ultimately declined the offer to look for something more specific to my degree and interests.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Interview
Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
