Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very informative and educational. Didn’t feel like I needed to know everything to try to impress anyone. They were clear that they were looking for the right people so it benefited them to be transparent about it all.

What are your top 3 criteria in a career selection?
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
