I applied online. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview is extremely easy. There was an initial zoom interview, then a business plan assignment presentation, and then a final interview. They definitely sugar coat the job and it took me a while to realize that the job was not as good as it seems, They make it seem like you can earn six figures easily but that is not the case. Look elsewhere, denying the job was the best thing I could have done for myself
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY)
Interview
Very straightforward and easy to communicate with. Communicated through the assistant of the man I was interviewing with. I removed myself from the process because the job didn't align with my career, but they were through about explaining the role and expectations.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
People were very responsive and kind, however I only ended up meeting/interviewing with the same person 3 times, which felt a bit weird to me. I ended up meeting the EVP for my offer which was great, but I really wanted to meet more of the team.
