I applied online and then had a screening with the HR team. The process included 3 virtual interviews after that. Each interview had 1-2 people included in on the conversation. The interviews were very conversational and between 30-45 minutes each.

Interview
There were several phone interviews and one in person interview that was onsite at their office in Chicago. The questions were typical - nothing out of the ordinary. Met with multiple departments within the organization and met several key staff members. The hiring process was smooth and seemed to move quickly, having taken approximately four to six weeks to complete from start to finish.
