Equitas Health interview questions

Two group interviews, asked questions related to job and focused on Diversity Equitability and Inclusivity. Usually, 2 for most positions, does take a while to hear back. The talent managers isn't knowledgeable.

Interview process was quick but labor intensive. I was required to answer 4 questions to even secure an initial interview. For the final interview, I was required to create a 30 minute presentation based off their prompt. I really can't believe that I took a day off of work to make the presentation as it was too much. Why are these companies requiring projects during the interview process? Moving forward I will just withdraw my application when asked to do a project.
