This was for ADUNA global part of Ericsson -
I went through an extensive interview process (six rounds over approximately 6/7weeks) for a senior role, involving multiple senior stakeholders and peers. The discussions themselves were professional and well structured.
In total, the process represented over six hours of interviews, in addition to preparation time.
However, following the final round, there was no further communication or formal closure from either the hiring manager or HR, despite follow-up emails. No feedback or outcome was shared.
Given the level of time investment expected from candidates at this stage, a clear and timely communication of the outcome would be expected.
