Hiring process was a CV review, video interview, and final interview. The whole process took approximately 3 months. The interviewers were very nice and genuine. Smooth interview process. Recruiter was very friendly. Answered all my questions.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Ericsson (Athlone) in Feb 2018
Interview
1.5 hr aptitude test only, 4 sections on test. Pattern Matching, Syntax Checking, Abstract Reasoning, Logic. Sections began short with a high number of questions, ~7 mins/60 questions to ~35 mins/40 questions. Each section got progressively more difficult. Conducted similar to Differential Aptitude Test (DAT) test in Ireland.
