Interview
Applied online. Received an invite to stage 1 (Coding+Aptitude test) after a week. Completed these on a Friday and moved to a scheduled Codility test of 5 problems with a senior engineer the following Tuesday. The engineer was very friendly. The final stage was an interview with a manager and a senior engineer. Prepared a presentation for a college project and questions were asked based on this. Asked about previous work experience and what I know about Ericsson. Finished with some basic java theory questions from the engineer.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Final Interview: Java Questions(OO Concepts, Memory types, Errors Vs Exceptions, etc.)
It was mostly good, everybody was polite. The question asked were mostly related to OOP and past related experiences. Did 4 intervies in total. One of them was a case study with a group of people.

Question 1
How do you see yourself in the future, in a 5 year span?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2022
Interview
Sent my CV in.
Stage 1 : Received an email to complete an aptitude test. This is a basic coding challenge (study your arrays , loops , integers)
Stage 2 : 5 more coding questions in front of an engineer. Engineer very helpful to help settle the nerves. Again these were easy (easier than leet code easy). Just study the generals , maps , loops , data comparisons and you should be okay.
Stage 3 : This was a presentation on a project. Preferably an individual one , or if group project outline your contributions. After presentation some questions following it. Then some basic java , CS questions.
All around a nice quick process , how all interviews should be carried out , not left waiting weeks to find out if you progress but generally a day or 2 between stage 2 and 3. Very friendly and easy to talk to
