Eros Elevators interview questions

They are not actually hiring but just showing the world that company is growing by keeping the HR occupied with Hiring process. So here is how a process goes here. Got called for the Technical Round as design engineer, I excelled their Technical Round of CAD Exercise and then interview happened, I excelled that too and then the manager told me i was selected and will Join within a week after i receive offer letter within a day Two days went by and I contacted HR and she sent me Salary Breakdown and date of joining. I asked for offer letter but she told me to wait for 2 more days. As two days went by i was fully sure this was it, i got a decent job but then HR calls me and tells me there is another manager who wants to interview me before joining. I felt suspicious and went to the interview again and there was this guy and it visibly looked as if I was called to deny the offer letter. The interview started and then technical knowledge round starts, I was answering each answer with confidence and was right, then the Guy asks a question "How are metals classified" My Answer :- Metals are primarily classified into ferrous and non ferrous types His reply :- That is wrong answer i tried telling him it was the right answer and he starts correcting me telling me that right answer is "Metals are classified by names such as copper , zinc, iron" and starts naming the metals I said that are the names of metals and not classifications and my answer was exact. But guess what he was not in the mood to select me as if it was intentional to make my offer pulled out. Interview ended i went home and then HR says sorry you are not selected, I said wdym? I got selected and was told the joining date and salary breakdown written. and they pulled this cheap move probably due to they found someone cheaper by candidate shopping also they were not the the hiring process but just wasting candidates time, i got furious and said ok leave it Guess what After 5 months I get called again for the interview maybe the guy they found left the company after suffering their work environment, and hilariously i found his review too on glassdoor, I did the same again got there interviewed again excelled their test yet i was not selected again due to my asking compensation was not in their budget then why called me ? i had already mentioned the amound i was expecting. This company has no ethics in hiring. Upper management should look into this
