Long and hard very detailed 3 interviews in 1 day all hour long interview with HR Then the director of stores then your interview with the owner and then the vice President of retail
I was recruited for this, as I already worked in the industry. The recruiters told me about the company and gave advice for the interview. I recorded an interview online using a webcam, answering questions they gave me right before. I had two or three phone conversations with the management of the company after that.

They asked pretty normal questions, for the most part, but the test they make applicants take is very rigid and outdated. The one I remember most asked if it was worse to drink or smoke marijuana.
