Initially, I took a technical and aptitude test. After shortlisting the candidates based on these tests, I received an email from the HR and General Manager (GM). I sent them my resume, and the date for my interview was finalized. Subsequently, I had an interview with a panel consisting of a technical expert, the GM, and an HR representative. The interview was focused solely on technical questions related to my field of electrical engineering.
They inquired about my project, which involved making an electric vehicle (EV) bike. Specifically, they asked about controlled inverters. Additionally, they posed questions related to instrumentation engineering. The results of the interview were announced 2-3 days later.
