Essence of Email interview questions

I was asked to provide examples from my previous work and educational experiences in which I demonstrated personal qualities that I reported being in possession of, and I was asked concrete questions on what I would do in certain situations, for example ones related to time management, workflow management, teamwork or interacting with superiors. The HR people were very pleasant and the interview made sense.
