Incredibly nice people to meet with. They put emphasis on the importance of having a cohesive team and how it was ok if a potential employee didn't know something because they believed in growing into the position and learning. Left the office feeling good and was all but scheduled for a second interview. I waited a week and sent another email and they stated things were busy and they hadn't had time to review candidates but that I was at the top of their list. I waited another week and saw they had reposted the position. The interviewer put my mind at ease saying they were still interested in me it just took a long time for Essick's hiring process. Another week and another. Despite specifically stating to me during the interview that they would not string me along, I never got invited back by them and instead got an email from Indeed.com stating, "Unfortunately, Essick Air Products has moved to the next step in their hiring process, and your application was not selected at this time." I was very disheartened by the entire experience and don't suspect I will apply with the company again despite everyone seeming like terrific people to work with.
