I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (Washington, PA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Must take a test called talent plus in order to be considered. Very fast to contact for and interview. Asks typical interview questions. They focus more on customer experience and ambition over just sales. You have to answer questions as if you can do both and want to grow within the company. They also really like someone who is passionate about learning about their products and the company in itself
I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (Belfast, Northern Ireland)

I applied online. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies
Interview
Had my first initial interview with their hirevue process, the most daunting experience!! You get to have as many practise rounds as possible ensuring your set up is tidy and your position is correct however when you start your interview you may only have 2 minutes to answer the question with only one perfect take! This is was really tricky trying not to mess up my words with a timer in front of my face hahaha
Overall it was a fun process, completely unique to what I've done before and hopefully I'll hear back from them if I didn't make myself look like too much of a wally....
Also make sure you're dressed for the part!!!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
First I completed an assessment test, then called in for an interview with Macy's, after that I was scheduled a talent + telephone interview with Estee Lauder. At the end of my interview, the analyst who conducted the interview said Macy's will call me for another interview and Macy's will make the decision. When I interviewed with Macy's the first time, the hiring manager told me if I don't pass the talent + portion, it doesn't mean I can't work for Macy's, it only means I can't work for an Estee Lauder brand. So I have no idea if I passed the talent + portion or not.
