The first round was a phone interview. My interviewer was quite pleasant, she asked the typical interview questions, but I had to spin my answers to show that I was not a typical hire. I aimed to differentiate myself which is always important in this competitive world. For the second round, I was asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation on any topic of my liking that I sent by email to my interviewer. This was my opportunity to shine!
I would advise you to not only be interviewed, but you should interview the person on the other end to determine whether you can see yourself working at the particular company. The power is not with the interviewer anymore. Trust that you will be great addition to the team.
