It was a 4 part interview on my end. First two are handled by HR and the last are by the heads of your respective fields. They will ask you about your experience and your ability to perform the tasks in which they assign to you.

The process was smooth. First, phone interview with talent acquisition, then second video interview with talent acquisition and business manager. They were friendly and didn’t asked tricky questions. However I wasn’t hired because the saw a lack of leadership skills
