Etergo interview questions

1. Application online by sending in CV and short motivation paragraph 2. 15-30 minute phone/skype call with Recruiter 3. Preperation of portfolio to present past experience 4. 30 minute technical interview/skype call with Engineering Manager 5. (Optional) 30-60 minute interview with CEO/COO (depends on position) 6. Offer and negiotiations

While the interview itself was pretty run of the mill, it was their behavior pre and post interview which really bothered me. I asked for some clarification on a writing sample which they requested and never got a response. Then after the interview, I was told I would hear back the following week, which was 3+ weeks ago. I understand I am more than likely not going to be offered a position and that the company is a start-up. However, there should be some sort of communication if you are going to go to the trouble of meeting someone
