I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Etheridge Printing (Dallas, TX) in May 2012
Interview
The interview was with the owner and the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. We had a previous business relationship. The interview was very informal and laid back. It was basically to make sure that we shared the same vision for the growth of the company. We shared many of the same customers.

30 plus years in the business there was nothing difficult or unexpected.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Etheridge Printing (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2011
Interview
I had worked for the company for a short period 18 years before so they had some knowledge of my work habits and talents. I was invited in to tour the plant by the owner and view the developments and changes since my previous time there. We then spoke about an opportunity with the company and I was impressed with what I saw so I continued the conversation. The owner, President and General Manager, all of whom I interviewed with, were professional and thoughtful throughout the process. The employees I met during the plant tour seemed happy and motivated, and have since proved to be so. The sales offices, client facilities and manufacturing plant are extraordinarily clean, modern, well-appointed and employee friendly. Minimal and exceptional upper management, great working supervisors, expert operators, and helpful, competent co-workers - what's not to like. This is truly a superior company.
