It was very simple. They asked about my experience, why I chose to become a pilot, whether I am a risk taker... etc. It has many steps after that and making good preparation helps a lot.

It was very delightful and well organized interview process. I passed all the interview and now i am waiting for them to call me. The HR created a telegram group channel and they added us to the group. Overall it is a very good and interesting interview process.

The hiring process, Qualifications: The trainee must have to finish a higher education from known school. Grade to qualify for the job, 2.75 CGPA for natural science students and 3.00CGPA for the social science students. Height requirement: 1.65m for girls and 1.70m for boys. After this qualifications are satisfied there will be an Entrance exam. Then Interview, simulation and finally medical and physical check.
