I took the virtual assessment last February. 1) Introduction of Etihad Airways and Abu Dhabi 2) Self Introduction + Group Discussion - no given guideline for self introduction but it was short and brief and all candidates were asked to stand up to show full body - 1 minute was given to read article and question and 15 minutes for discussion - every candidate had to answer at least one of the question 3) Final interview

Full day with different rounds. Height reach test first Next was to present a topic given at random to the interviewers. Next was a group topic discussion where you had to work as a team to get to a resolution. And then the final interview was about 30 minutes basic competency based interview
