Interview
Very casual and easy. They basically ask you questions about what you like to do on your free time. They aren't very goal oriented they will not ask you any questions that most jobs will ask you in an interview. They are desperate they will hire you trust me.

Interview
The person that interviewed me was not prepared, was late and couldn't articulate the values of the company or the function of the company. She couldn't articulate what role I would serve besides answering the phone. She also refused to consider paying me more in spite of me being bilingual.
