I was referred to the company by a mutual business acquaintance. After emailing the President, I received a call from his secretary telling me the district manager would be in my area the following week. The interview was very straight forward. I sat down with the district manager and the branch manager and we talked a little about my resume. The district manager asked me some very generic questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years?". After that I got a tour of the facilities. I was told they were looking at one other candidate and that I would get a call soon. Later that day I received a call and was offered the position.
