I applied online for a job posting that I thought would suit me. I was emailed by an internal person and then I had a phone call. All easy and nothing complicated or to worry about. It was short and I was told in the email it would be a short call. It was good they told me in advance it would be a short call to start. After I had an hour plus interview at the office which was more formal. I came dressed smart as it is a smart office.
