Interview with panel of 2 people, went for about an hour. Signed in and had a tour of the lab, then panel interview in conference room. Asked a few questions and described their business and the type of person they were looking for. Heard back about a week later and asked to start the following week

interviewer was late to meeting and seemed as if she wasn't expecting me. Asked general interview questions and gave a tour of facility at the end. It seemed very messy and untidy. After requesting feedback following the interview I was ghosted and received no correspondence
A recruiter reached out, I interviewed, got an offer but declined because job requirements being too much for the low pay.
All organic chemistry with no additional duties — not my personal cup of tea.

It was very good and peaceful. The interviewer was very nice and explained a lot about the community and was very interested in me which was amazing and refreshing to see.
